Terms of Service

Introduction.                                                 Welcome to See You Visual Arts. By booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of service.

Scope of Service
We offer professional photography services including, but not limited to, event photography, portrait sessions, commercial photography, and wedding photography. Our services are provided in accordance with the package details agreed upon at the time of booking.

Copyright and Usage Right                                       a. The client shall have usage rights to the delivered photographs for personal, non-commercial purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
b. [See You Visual Arts retains the right to use the photographs for advertising, portfolio, display, publication, or other purposes. The client grants See You Visual Arts a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the images for these purposes. If privacy or confidentiality is of concern, this must be explicitly stated prior to the signing of this agreement.

Deposits, Payments and Cancellations
a. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the date and services.
b. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the event/session.
c. In the event of a cancellation by the client, the deposit will not be refunded. If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the event/session, an additional cancellation fee may apply.

5. Rescheduling
Should the need to reschedule arise, we require notice at least 10 days prior to the event/session. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur a fee.

Delivery of Photographs
The client will receive an agreed number of professionally edited images within a specified timeframe. The method of delivery will be through an online gallery, USB drive, or as agreed upon.

7. Liability
See You Visual Arts is not liable for any injury or damage to persons or property during the shoot that is not directly caused by our negligence.

Force Majeure
In the unlikely event of severe medical, natural, or other emergencies, it may be necessary to retain an alternative photographer. See You Visual Arts will make every effort to secure a replacement photographer able and/or willing to provide a similar package as chosen in this contract at the same/similar tariff. If such a situation should occur and a suitable replacement is not found, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the event/package.

Cooperation and Conduct
We require the client's cooperation and understanding of time frames, schedules, and directions to effectively provide our services. Inappropriate behaviour or language during a photographic event or situation may result in the early termination of the session, retainment of all deposits, and immediate leaving of the location by See You Visual Arts.

Model Release
We may include a model release form if the client's photographs are to be used publicly or for the promotional material by See You Visual Arts.

Final Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between See You Visual Arts and the client, and may not be amended except in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
